Harmony Christian Church exists to reach out to the community, build and disciple believers, and preach and live the Word of God.
The Harmony Vision
At Harmony Tabernacle, our vision is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with a lost and dying world. In order to reach the lost, we envision "Touching Him, Changing You" to be a mindset that every member being a minister must convey through informative Bible-based Sunday School classes, youth groups, men and women ministries, authentic worship, and most significantly, small home groups.
We envision impact groups as a central source of numerical growth for the church. We envision a church of small home groups where our people display a Godly community and where fostering kids is a way of life; a safe haven where we accept one another and can be accepted, love and be loved, esteem and be esteemed, forgive and be forgiven, and serve and be served.
We envision assisting all our people, youth as well as adults, to find out their Godly designs. This being done, they are equipped to serve Christ efficiently in some ministry whether it is in Harmony Tabernacle or outside the local church. Our goal is to see everyone become a minister in every area that God ordains for him or her. We envision developing and sending out our members as church planters, missionaries (local and national), and as church workers all over the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex and the world.
We envision a larger facility that will have capacity for our extensive growth. This facility will make available rooms for Family Night, Prayer Meeting, Special Activities, Bible Study, Charter School, Sunday School, and many other gatherings. This is the Harmony Tabernacle Dream; our vision of what we believe God wants us to do.
